A lovely welcome at reception. Rooms were well designed, quiet, spacious and well presented. Had evening meal for two nights and the menu was plentiful and very tasty. Stayed here for two nights, lovely hotel and great location. So central to the quays and media city. Fast and friendly check in and Rupali was kind and courteous. She is bright, positive and very kind to talk too. Thank you again.
