“Phillip was amazing and very luxurious rooms And building”
Our room was upgraded as we arrived earlier than supposed to , food was absolutely delicious and has very comfy And luxurious rooms , hall ways were very nicely decorated And the staff were so nice and friendly, helping me and my family, Philip was especially catering for us . 5 STARS ⭐

“Easter Sunday Family Visit”
We were upgraded to a pitch side room. Good views with balcony. Room was clean and fresh. Still water supplied. Breakfast in the morning was fine. A thoroughly decent stay. Thanks for the room upgrade. Appreciated.

Ian SNR was honestly the most helpful & genuine man. So welcoming & upgraded us upon arrival. Massive asset to the hotel to have someone like him. “Great location and hotel”
Visited for the weekend. Upgraded to a room with a large balcony and this was brilliant. Hotel was busy but room was quiet, good bar and very helpful reception staff. 2 minute walk to the tram so central Manchester easily accessible. Plenty of free parking at the hotel. Would definitely recomm… more
