“Great hotel”
Fantastic check in experience, very welcoming. Nice and clean room. Lounge was great, we were well looked after and the food was good quality..Later on Dylan in the bar was fantastic. Breakfast also good. Overall a great hotel with exceptional friendly staff.

“Decent hotel next to Piccadilly station”
We were traveling back to US stayed for two nights at this property. It is Ideally located within a couple of hundred meters from the Piccadilly central station. “Avoid the rooms facing the train station”
I stayed at this hotel for two nights in April. My room faced the train station, and it was extremely noisy. I didn’t sleep well on the first night, as trains ran until around 12:30am and started again at 5:30am the next morning. I spoke to reception the following morning to request a room change … more
