“Lovely stay”
Absolutely amazing sevice, lovely staff made a fuse over my sons birthday as we stayed 3 nights clean rooms and perfect location, really enjoyed my stay, I would book there again when visiting Manchester.

“Cost cutting vs security?”
Not a fan of self check in as I feel it removes any warmth from the process, it also reduces security. Moldy smell in corridor. Good location.
