“Lovely staff, good location”
Staying here is always nice, staff are very accommodating, especially Rajae. She always is interested about our day. Location is very central, easy to walk everywhere. Clean and mostly quiet unless other guests are rowdy.

“Lovely stay”
When I popped in to drop off my bag the lovely and very helpful Dania advised that my room was actually ready and that I could check in. This enabled me to have prep for my days meetings in more comfort and privacy. Highly recommended

“Good but could be better.”
Brilliant location for Village, China town and other part of city centre. Room was a little odd, but bed was brilliant and really comfortable. Light switches everywhere but don’t seem to do anything. “Disappointed”
We were given a room we specifically said we didn't want. The artic with a kitchen upstairs. We were on the 5th floor. Lift was not functional. Overall horrible experience.
