Stayed here to go out in Manchester. Was checked in by the lovely Charlotte. She was amazing, really good with customers and she also recommended where to eat and go out in Manchester. “Reception ( Charlotte) made this travel lodge special”
The reception staff were amazing. In particular a young lady called Charlotte. She was professional but friendly and amazing help when it came to sorting out the parking app. Ring go which was a bloody nightmare!
