“Well managed city centre hotel with great rooms”
Very well managed central Newcastle hotel with staff who are treated well, and reflect that in great customer service, and rooms that are quiet, comfortable and clean. The restaurant was training Fatou, who served me in the restaurant and did really well. It was good to see training going on,

“Afternoon tea”
My mum and I visited for a Groupon afternoon tea. The service was brilliant. Amelia was really friendly and helpful. The portion sizes were great - we had to take some away in a box! Scones were amazing. Really great value. Would definitely recommend.

“Weekend on the Toon”
This hotel is in an excellent location, right in the middle of the city centre which makes it ideal for bars and restaurants, Rhys the barman was very helpful when ordering drinks…. This is definitely a go to hotel when visiting Newcastle
