This hotel exceeded our expectations! I have stayed in the maldron in other locations and always find it to be a great hotel. The hotel in Newcastle was excellent! We came here for breakfast before going for our train to Edinburgh for a few days away. We always go to Royal station Hotel before our train journeys but thought we'd come here for a change.
