My wife and I recently booked a 3-night stay at the Westone Manor Hotel. On arrival, we were warmly welcomed by Sansuta, one of the receptionists. She was friendly, polite, professional, and accommodating in every way, especially to our room needs, as my wife is an amputee and in a wheelchair. Although the room that she allocated was not advertised as an accessible room, it was suitable for our needs. The room was very spacious, clean, and had everything that you needed, with fresh towels each day. The Reception Bar area is accessible and well presented, with quiet, peaceful areas if you need, and Pribean, a member of the staff, was also friendly. The restaurant area has its own bar area and is much more tranquil, and some of the seating overlooks the wonderful, peaceful garden area, which can also be accessed from the restaurant. The food menu has a varied range of choices and reasonaly priced, and the food was good. We were welcomed by Kanchan, a member of the restaurant staff, again very friendly, Polite and Helpful. On reflection of our stay, although the hotel is located in a residential area, it is very quiet, peaceful, and has lovely surroundings, clean throughout all areas, and the rooms are fairly priced. We slept soundly during our stay. We were made very welcome, and all the staff are wonderful; nothing is too much trouble. A special thank you to Heema and Charlie, who also made our stay fantastic. Highly recommend it if you need to stay in this area. We shall be booking a return stay in about 3-4 weeks. Des & Kaz.

The breakfast was good and the restaurant has a good view of the grounds. The room was comfortable as was the bed. There was plenty of parking. The breakfast was good and the restaurant has a good view of the grounds. The room was comfortable as was the bed. There was plenty of parking. The location was very convenient for my meeting in Northampton. The room (515) was comfortable but a bit tired. The shower was not hot, despite waiting for some minutes, so we had to leave without showers. The bathroom was also a bit chilly. Due to the season, the hotel was very quiet and breakfast was limited from 8am to 8:30am. Also the restaurant was closed in the evening so the reception provided us with some recommendations for meals.
