“Just what we needed”
Great base for our trip to visit some friends. Good location for visiting Llangollen and Welshpool. Had everything myself and my family needed, clean, friendly staff and comfy beds. “Excellent customer service”
I left some walking boots at the hotel and Emma the hotel manager was really kind. She packaged them up and posted them back to me - I live over 100 miles away - at no cost to me. This is excellent customer service.
