“Great hotel in a great location near to train station”

“Modest 3 star hotel - I stayed in 2 different bed rooms and neither looked remotely like the photos on any site.”

When we arrived there was no one on reception to check us in and we had to hunt the receptionist down. There is no lift and the stair carpet has seen better days.
