There was a hiccup at 1st. Room damp and rather isolated, booked through a booking site. They were so polite when I said the above. Moved me no problem. I felt warmer and safer in main building as I was solo, visiting poorly parents. Polite, clean, amazing breakfast, lovely staff, nothing too muc… more

“Good location- great staff”
Really good location. We liked the building and were pleased with our room. We were particularly impressed with Vishal who was on reception. He was very professional and assisted us with all our queries. Overall very satisfied with this hotel.

The hotel its self is quite nice. Shower is decent, and the room was clean. Was put in a room across the road on 4th floor. It was a room at the main road, and the windows didnt seal properly, as the noise from the road was awful. It was also quite cold. The bedding for October I would say was too … more
