“Lovely”
I was back home for my Mums funeral! The staff were really nice and friendly, also helpful, delicious breakfast in the morning as well and the staff were very kind to my daughters. Thank you!

“Great Breakfast”
The best breakfast ever had in a premier inn, normally they are buffet style but this was made to order was piping hot and well presented.

“Sarah a true credit 💜”
I've stayed at this site twice and twice come across Sarah, What an amazing lady she is, very attentive always goes above and beyond nothing is to much trouble for her. A true credit to the company you are Sarah ☺️ Carry on doing what you do !! I shall be back 😉 Jen (Caernarfon) xx

“Disappointing but staff tried their best”
Lots of refurbishment going on at the tile of our visit but this did not affect our stay. The contractors were always friendly & apologetic. The Premier Inn staff were amazing but there is clearly a staffing issue at this hotel. There are simply not enough staff to meet demand. Both mornings there … more
