“Fabulous stay”
Couldn't find fault with this place. Owners superb, our room (6) sea facing, 2nd floor was lovely. Really clean, tastefully decorated, seating area in the bay window to sit and enjoy the view. Plenty of tea and coffee, milk and 2 bottles if water in the mini fridge. Breakfast was really good. Loved… more

“Short break stay”
We visited in August for a couple of nights. The Leeway is an excellant place to stay, Suzanna, the host was very welcoming. “Clean, a comfortable bed and a good breakfast”
Just stayed a night whilst visiting my parents in Scarborough - we are very happy that we chose this place and should we need to stay overnight again, this would be our first option

“Ideal B&B, Highly Recommended”
An ideally situated,clean, well presented B&B. Parking is free of charge, the rooms are clean and comfortable, the staff are extremely helpful, the breakfast is good, all this for decent price. You couldn’t ask for anymore. Will be using again and will recommend to friends and family.

“This a little gem”
A fantastic little bed and breakfast in a beautiful location . I can honestly say one of the cleanest rooms we have stayed in and that includes hotel rooms also . Our hostess was lovely , good size rooms and very comfy beds .
