“Lovely staff”
Team members absolutely lovely & friendly - nothing is too much trouble. We arrived late evening about 10pm after there had been a wedding there so obviously staff had been working flat out but we were still met with a friendly smile & a warm welcome. “Great experience”
My husband and myself had a lovely stay there two days ago . We were so welcomed by Natalie who is an asset to this hotel and couldn’t have been more professional, she even gave us cake on arrival !
