“Fabulous overnight Spa break”
Overnight Spa with Dinner & Breakfast. Wonderful time spent with my daughter. Everything was perfect and staff are very welcoming and helpful.

“A birthday surprise”
the grounds looked very pretty with the blossom coming out , the welcome was really lovely plenty of smiling and the reception staff greeted us so well , they offered to get us some ice and glasses which we really appreciated , they explained what was going to happen sat eve with the murder mystery… more

“Excellent customer service in a relaxing hotel”
A great welcome and excellent customer service from start to finish for our two night stay mid-week. Our room was perfectly clean and comfortable, with a spacious bathroom. “Not the most pleasant staff from the receptionist”
Dinner was ok, undercooked food, extremely expensive, they are trying to do high end restaurant experience but sadly far from that. Hotel is beautiful but many areas in it is so outdated. Rooms has no sound proof.
