Me and my partner came here June 30th till 2nd July, I dyed my hair couple days before (black) and I ruined their white towel forgetting. Offered to pay for new ones they was so kind with their response, lovely welcoming and leaving, the bed was so comfy room spotless, was left alone as some places we've stayed they would always knock on and we felt uncomfortable. Was a perfect stay. We know where we will be going from now on when we come to Skegness Thankyou ❤️

Well what a amazing little hotel we booked from Friday the 3rd-Saturday 6th and stayed in room 11 we was so shocked on how clean and modern it looked the bed was comfy tea and coffee facilities and as for kieth and Linda what a couple so down to earth polite and just simply lovely couldn't do enough for us watch Linda tho booted me out the door on the last day cheeky 😂😂 can't wait to return highly recommend made our anniversary so special thank you so much you amazing people ❤️

“Great Value”

We stayed for 3 nights on a hastily arranged break in July. Booked through Booking.com and the rates were very fair, so we chose a deluxe room for a bit extra. We were greeted by a very friendly couple on arrival and showed up to the room. To be honest, we never saw them again until checkout. That’s not a criticism - we just never had cause to need them. Everything was explained on arrival and plenty of milk etc. was available from the counter for our tea/coffee in the room. The room itself was very clean and spacious enough, and the bed comfortable. Bathroom again spotless with shower over the bath. Water nice & hot. Would have liked larger chairs in the room, but the one we had with a stool was ok. Now seaside guest houses usually have thin walls, and this is no different. But it didn’t bother us too much, and it was quite funny when England scored the winner against Holland, as everybody cheered at the same time! If you want total silence in a hotel, you’re just going to have to pay a heck of a lot more than these rates. We loved the location. Once the car was parked, it stayed there throughout. Skegness centre is 15-20 mins walk, Winthorpe is half an hour. But there’s a bus every 10 minutes each way & the stop is less than 5 mins away. The very cheap breakfast place is near the bus stop, the pub on the corner is nice and 100 yds away. The local chippy has a seating area and is good value. Hey - you’re in Skeg Vegas. What do you expect? Would we stay there again is our acid test, and this time it’s a “yes”. Probably not for more than a few nights, but for what we want to get from a short break away from home, it ticks the boxes nicely.
