“Nice ”
Nice hotel great food and nice staff. We had a nice relaxing time there. Atmosphere was great. Staff treated us nicely and made sure we were ok. Highly recommended this hotel. Nice break and money well worth it.

“Staff needs customer training to be polite”
Was there recently had lunch then sat in the bar for coffee, found the staff really rude un-accommodating, a lady and a man was talking about us behind the bar not sure what they found funny, sort your staff out

“Tired and grubby”
Stayed here for one night. Sheets were clean, mattress uncomfortable, pillows had no oomph. The bathroom was in dire need of redecoration and a good deep clean.
