“Great holiday location!!!”
What a very pleasurable stay. Very homely and friendly. Rooms spotlessly clean and comfortable. Our evening meals were excellent. Really hope we can make a return visit.

After a long drive we rocked up to Smeaton farm and we where delighted to see such a beautiful big house. The stunning views and all the wildlife that's around.
