“Lovely Gem”
Beautifully decorated and relaxing room. The complimentary upgrade of the room was a lovely surprise. The location was great, a short walk to the main attractions in Southend Beach. The staff were really helpful and courteous. Excellent food

“Whopping Easter Weekender”

Our first stay here was a mixed experience. On the positive side, the staff were wonderful and couldn’t do enough for us.
