“Have stayed at Premier Inn many times before never had a problem”
The breakfast hot buffet was not hot. Half the items on offer where missing. had to wait for 15 minutes for them to be available The food was not hot warm at best very disappointing

“Disappointing stay in cold tired room”
Staff were friendly and obliging. Heating in room didnt work and a heater was provided, as this couldn't be repaired and no alternative rooms were available. “Disappointing”
Great location. Very slow service and check in, reception tried to charge for rooms that were already paid. Restaurant food was very poor, ordered chicken nourish bowl which had half the ingredients missing and very small portion.
