This is the best Britannia hotel I have ever come across. The room was spotless and fresh-smelling (if the bathroom looked dated), the public areas were clean and comfortable. “Lovely room and the dining staff and head Chef were so accommodating”
Lovely, warm clean room. The dining staff were very friendly and accommodating. The head chef David went above and beyond to meet my vegan diet requirements. Good singer at the bar. Lots of vegan options for the breakfast too so overall a great place to stay 👍❤️
