Hotel room was good - premier plus room was large and feature packed. Meals were good value. Staff were friendly and attentive.

Rooms very quiet. All staff very helpful. Very good location next to Trentham Gardens. Particularly excellent service from Jamie in dealing with all requirements at our supper.

Needed an overnight stop heading home on the M6 and we were very pleasantly surprised, especially at the price. Easy to find and to park. Welcoming check-in. Needed an overnight stop heading home on the M6 and we were very pleasantly surprised, especially at the price. Easy to find and to park. Welcoming check-in. Not having used a Premier Inn for years the room was great. We had a standard double. It was spacious, quiet, spotless. Plenty of hanging space, good mirrors etc. Bathroom really well fitted with good shower. Great value for money. Didn't eat here - walked across the car park to a chain place which served a good salad, ice cream etc.

“Nice hotel but probably wouldn’t stay again”

Grounds nice and reception friendly. Bed was comfortable but the room temperature not good. The air con system wasn’t working properly as even turning the fan level up didn’t alter the ‘blow’ of air which you could only feel right under it. Grounds nice and reception friendly. Bed was comfortable but the room temperature not good. The air con system wasn’t working properly as even turning the fan level up didn’t alter the ‘blow’ of air which you could only feel right under it. The room 22.5 degrees which is far too hot when with children and the weather was warm. The minimum temperature on the thermostat/temperature controls was 19 which again isn’t what everyone likes and I feel should be lower with the option to turn up. The bathroom fan also didn’t seem to do anything and was really hot. Room cleanliness ok but not great. Bathroom had hairs in the bath, on the walls and around the sink. Curtain was broken so wouldn’t close properly. They seem to have ‘updated’ the decor and storage which is now non existent. No drawers or clothes storage at all, just a few dusty velvet hangers. We had prepaid for breakfast each day but wish we hadn’t bothered as quality & value was poor. I get it’s a buffet but you’d still expect fresh and decent cooked food. Sausages were half burnt half raw looking. Eggs rubbery, the same tangerines and apples all week and no bananas the end of the stay (waiting for a delivery). Coffee machine was good and weetabix in the packets were also a good option which was enjoyed. Pancakes were good too but they seemed to run out of muffins and pastries quickly. Spreads option was also good with Nutella, marmite and Jams. Yogurts would be better individual pots. Sauces were packed away pre breakfast finishing time which I get is to clear and prepare for after breakfast but then was felt rushed.
