“Great Hotel”
We booked to stay at the Premier Inn Hagley very last minute and stayed for one night in room 1 on our way back to the south west. “Great experience”
Debbie was on the desk when I arrived and went above and beyond making me feel comfortable and settled in. Honestly couldn’t praise her enough! Can be daunting traveling solo as a young woman, and she made me feel so at ease!

“Warm and comfortable”
Warm and comfortable, older hotel with no lift, husband is disabled so the wonderful Debbie moved us to a downstairs room, helped with our bags and was generally great
