“Welcoming, clean Guesthouse”
Lovely welcome by the owner who couldn't do enough for us.Secure place to store 6 bikes as we had finished the C2C. Good position overlooking a green before the seafront. We had a very nice room that had been refurbished

“Single overnight stop with elder son to attend a local funeral.”
A single overnight twin bedded room booked and paid 14 days in advance as we came down from Scotland to attend a funeral. Arrived 4.30 pm 7/1/26. Youngish lad checked us in and handed the room key over. Then I believe he left to go home. Bags carried up 2 flights of stairs to an attic en-suite roo… more

“First Class Hotel”
Great hotel very nice rooms, staff couldn't do enough for you and it's in a excellent place in seaburn. Had lots of parking which was great no searching for one. 10/10 😊

Good value, clean , good location , easy check in and check out , very warm rooms though , no hairdryer , fine for an overnight stay

“Not impressed”
Very hospitable lady. Would have preferred breakfast at a convenient time for us. Bathroom smelt from the loo and sink, shower under plug full of hair and not mine. One key opens the front door and all rooms A damp clean on the wood furniture needed.
