“Excellent stay excellent staff”
Absolutely brilliant stay at the Premier Inn A19/A1231. Mel at reception was very friendly. She is an absolute gem and attended to our needs promptly. She is an asset to Premier inn. I would highly recommend this location as it's so close to the A19 and very easily accessible

“Friendly professional staff just what the brand is at Premier Inn.”
Friendly attentive staff from reception to restaurant. Our rate of b&b was upgraded to have an evening meet.£118 for evening meal,good night's sleep and lots of breakfast choices.

“Friendly hotel”
Location is ideal local shops on retail park you can get food out as there is food restaurants close by. Rooms are very clean the staff are lovely Rachel is lovely reception very helpful and chatty couldn't of stayed in a better hotel

“Amazing stay”
We stayed here for the Radio 1 big weekend. The hotel was booked to full capacity but you wouldn’t have known it because the service was just amazing. A special shot out to Rachel and Jack - they were incredible and went above and beyond. Could not recommend enough.
