“Fab Team!”

“Clavin saved the day.”
What started out as a problem was quickly solved by the amazing Clavin. This man was first class, friendly, polite and I couldn’t fault him throughout our evening. He made me smile every time I walked past on what started out a little stressful. He was totally my hero.

“Excellent friendly stay”
Excellent stay at the Double tree by Hilton. Was greated by super service from Sophie. She was very professional and friendly. Recognised myself as a diamond member and upgraded my room. Room i could not fault. Clean and tidy. Excellent stay and very good welcome from Sophie.

“Soulless”
I recently stayed for a couple of nights. The hotel "does the job" if you need somewhere convenient for a stopover — clean enough, functional, and everything works as expected.
