“Wonderful food, but toilets not great”
Wonderful dinner. Sadly the toilets let the visit down. Still advertising for Christmasin January 2026, ceiling fans need a really good clean!!!

“Great rooms, Great food. Enough said.”
Stayed here several times while working on the Grandsons house (nearby). Rooms are warm, comfortable and clean. Nice walkin shower, good beds and decent TV. Breakfast is cooked to order with plenty of choice. Resturant for evening meals is very nice, great food and excellent service. Staff are all… more

“Great Hotel and great welcome”
We came down for a friends funeral and stayed for one night . Great service , very welcoming and very friendly . The room was excellent , clean and tidy . The meal in the restaurant was fantastic. Highly recommend. And will stay again if in the area .

“Comfy bed and good breakfast”
Very nice place to stay. Large clean room. Comfy bed. Good shower. Excellent quality breakfast. We also had a,lovely dinner here. The only negative was the pillows,were hard and lumpy.
