I stayed with my family at Swindon central and the experience was amazing. The personal is extremely kind and helpful. “Excellent customer service”
Jamie was extremely helpful after I made a booking mistake, sorted a new room and changed the bed configuration, much appreciated. Hotel is nicely decorated and room was clean and comfy. Car park opposite was not giving tickets and machines off, so hopefully it will let us out again!
