“Amazing Sunday lunch.”
First Sunday lunch at Half Moon, & absolutely loved it. Previously a frequent Sunday roast customer at The Shakespeare who have sadly stopped serving Sunday lunch ☹️. “Better than expected”
Friends booked a table for 4, and after reading some recent reviews I was a bit worried. But we had a wonderful meal and we really enjoyed ourselves. We had 2 curries, 1 cod dish and a gammon dish. “Well worth a visit, but gets very busy in Summer.”
Huge car park (essential given how busy they get in the Summer). Wonderful position with great views down to the river. Large interior and huge area outside. Nicely decorated. Friendly efficient staff. Food jolly good but 4* is a reasonable score. Prices reasonable. Will return.
