“Very enjoyable”
Attended the EWAC conference here. The hotel and accommodation was very good. Comfortable clean room with view of the sea and balcony. Great facilities and good food. Hotel staff very helpful and disability friendly

“The wonderful Imperial”
I went to the hotel for mother's Day weekend. My mother and I stayed overnight on Saturday and had dinner in the restaurant and then had afternoon tea on Sunday. We absolutely loved our stay. “Poor and disappointing”
The hotel is in a great location and the deluxe king room was very comfortable. The breakfast is good with plenty of selection, well done. The waiting staff are also very good. However, as I use a wheelchair and have a blue badge for parking, it was disappointing that the reception staff did nothin… more

“Disappointed”
Needs a good revamp on the outside and the room we stayed in needs revamping furniture and chairs not good old and falling apart.Evening Meals over priced on the standard of meals we received think the chef and cooking staff certainly needs sorting not good
