“Absolutely fabulous stay”
Felt very at home, very welcoming team. So much history to the building, great place to stay. Fabulous room rate Gorgeous food, the fish pie was best I’ve ever eaten. Breakfast was lovely, best scrambled eggs ever. Highly recommended Keith the Dachshund was made very welcome

“Nice pub and staff and sad rooms.”
Bit disappointed as the building and bar is nice. But the twin room is a bit spartan with small, mouldy en-suite and much noise from people walking above. Beds soft but comfy so ok for one night. Not a romantic option!
