“5* experience.”
I really cannot fault this stay. Food lovely and plenty. Breakfast excellent. Bed very comfortable clean and fresh. Tea/coffee facilities in room. Toiletries like hand and body wash and shampoo provided. Lovely hot water.

“Very mixed feeling on property vs staff but the preauthorisation of your card per day is absolutely shocking”
The hotel could do with refurbishment, it is more budget friendly at first sight but taking £30 per night preaproval out of your card is rip off not to mention getting it back is not happening as per the reception communication.
