“Enjoyable and wish I could have stayed longer”
I stayed one night due to being in the area for Business. Yes there are stairs but they make that clear in the booking process, and they did help with my heavy work luggage. We enjoyed one night using the winterstay offer. Room was clean and comfortable and reasonably quiet. Check in was after 2pm. Greeted by the receptionist who was very helpful. Slight mix up with payment but sorted quickly. Given a flask of milk for the tea and coffee in room.
