“Customer service”
After a 5.5 hour drive I was greeted by "Dee" on reception and what a treat that was. “Going the extra mile”
I would like to thank the staff at Widnes Premier Inn especially Dee. My son left his much loved pencil case at the hotel. Dee helped find it and posted it back to me. She went the extra mile and I am very grateful.

“Great place to stay.”
It is in a great location for us when visiting family. The staff are very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was brilliant, and being unlimited was even better..i would definitely recommend Premier Inn to my friends and family.

“Bad Insulation”
Could hear people walking around in the room above, very bad insulation, bed not as good as they make out. When my room was serviced after having to ask them to do it the cleaner didn't vacuum at all. Had to ask for clean towels, don't think I would stay there again.
