We loved our experience at this hotel. Very polite and friendly staff. We were checked in by Magda and she was really helpful with checking and also about things to do and areas to avoid due to traffic as it was Grand national weekend

“Rooms comfortable bathrooms dirty”
Room was comfortable enough , however bathrooms are disgusting. Chrome fittings covered in limescale, bath mats stuck down in bath were worn and filthy, personally would not want to sit in the bath so used the shower.
