“A hidden gem”
We stayed for 1 night to celebrate my 60th birthday. We found the hotel easily and were warmly welcomed by Michelle on reception, who was very friendly and helpful. “Rural Devon”
Good location for exploring Devon and eastern Cornwall by car. Grounds are pleasant, in a rural area. I didn't use any of the resort services (pool, restaurant,etc) as I was out all day every day. “Disappointing”

“Self catering establishment with Liesure Centre”
I only gave this three stars due to the Liesure Centre otherwise it would be two. Don't believe the website beacuse although the restuarant and bar are temporarily closed a local at the Liesure centre told us that it has been closed for three years. the rooms are clearly set out for self catering. … more
