“Excellent hotel. Thoroughly recommend”
We stayed here as part of a group of 30 people on a coach tour. The staff were very professional and helpful. The food was excellent. The rooms were spacious, clean and the bed comfortable. 5 minutes walk to Worcester Cathedral. Would thoroughly recommend

“Perfectly nice hotel but....”
A perfectly nice hotel that made me very welcome and comfortable but with an irritating habit of sending emails soliciting reviews on Tripadvisor even after I'd taken the trouble to review it elsewhere.

“Good Location & Facilities”
Very awkward/ difficult to find the way in if you're in a car, as it's on a dual carriageway, which seems to confuse a satnav. Parking is £10/ day added to your bill. My room was very good - large with comfortable bed. THe bathroom was a little tired & needs an upgrade. My room was not serviced… more
