“Friendly place”
Great place to stay mainly because Jake the manager and his staff are really helpful and friendly and a great asset to the company

“Just about ok but look carefully at what you're getting”
Stayed here with the family while on a short break. First of all the food things - the staff were friendly and helpful and there was lots of parking. “Mediocre, unusually.”
Disappointed this time. Have used Premier for ages, probably over 30 times. Usually good. This hotel at Worcester is hard to find, and not signposted.
