“Lovely stay”
All of the staff were really friendly. I actually went and got names because, while everyone on the team were absolutely excellent, there's a few that deserve shouting out especially. Great location. We could see the cathedral from our room.. There are a few attractions nearby as well as the cathedral and the shopping is pretty much round the corner. The location is excellent to explore Worcester and opposite the Cathedral, which is wonderful. The Staff are very good and helpful in the bar and the hotel. The rooms themselves, are dated.
