“Birthday break.”
Shelly on reception is an asset to this b+b ,such a warm and friendly lady. Her knowledge of york is fab, Put us onto lots of things. Nothing was too much trouble. “Consistently good 👍”
Probably our 6th stay here. Wonderfully relaxed stress free check in, we'd arrived unexpectedly earlier than planned, not a problem your room is ready. Room 8, clean, spacious, quirky wonderful. Breakfast never fails to hit the spot.

“Pleasant stay”
Good location with a walk of approximately 15 minutes from the station & into York. Rooms are a little tired with slight cleaning & repair issues. Curtains needing attention to ensure black out for a good night's sleep. Staff are extremely friendly & give a great service especially at breakfast.
