great value and very central to York, just a short walk along the river to the centre. the room was big and the bathroom was great. access to the pool was good, which was small but not busy; the sauna was good too. the room was very clean and there was no noise, but the aircon was not working excep… more

What can I say, 4 adults 2 munchkins, Bed in our room seemed to have a ridge down the mattress. We'd have liked the option to open the window wider, but understand the reason why we couldn't. Toilet and shower separate, but if on the larger size, it's a bit of a squeeze. Would prefer a hand rail… more
