“From checking in to my departure the lady behind the front desk made all the difference. The headquarters needs to help.”
I stayed at this place at about the same time last year. I was not very impressed then but this visit was different, mostly because one member of staff made all the difference. “Very comfortable and cheap rate”

“Overheated room = no sleep”
Everything fine except for the temperature of the room. We were booked for 4 nights with grandchildren aged 9 and 3. “Hotel staff lovely but restaurant quite empty”
Lovely staff but not always available. Dinner and breakfast room very empty of customers. Room hot but fan provided. Outside needs a repaint , it looks run down.
