“Great stay”
We stay at this premier inn often as it is in a great location. The staff were great and very friendly especially Paula at breakfast (as always) and the reception staff were very welcoming. An issue with our toilet flush was solved immediately after we reported it by Ell the maintenance man. The ro… more

“Ella made our experience better”
Ella in the restaurant was amazing with her service and being attentive with my 4 year old grandson. Getting him colouring crayons and books, without us asking.

“Super staff (Toni) & quick turnaround!”
Toni was so attentive and helpful on arrival; it took no time at all, and she went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Parking was easy, and getting to the accessible / spacious room was no problem at all.
