“Great spa day with friends”
4 of us went there yesterday and had a brilliant spa day. “Great time, comfy room, good food and decent golf-what’s not to like? Bar prices!”
I was there with a group of 24 golfers DBB and on the whole we had a great weekend. We played the Aylesford first and then the Arden the next day, Aylesford was ok but nothing special whereas we all enjoyed the Arden, especially the back 9 as it’s quite stunning in places. “OK hotel”
The hotel is okay and is in need of an upgrade. There were no sockets anywhere near the bed in the bedroom, no safe and no fridge. They did supply a fan which was very useful with the hot nights. “not as good as they think they are”
on a golf trip, courses okay, not championship standard but okay, price for drinks and bar food very expensive ( captive audience) would i go back. No not value for money
