“Fantastic stay”
We come here twice year with our dogs . It's the most friendliest hotel . Food staff is first class . We always stay in room 10 as it has a door leading into the carpark which is so handy for dogs . “WOW… well we never expected to find this new HORIZON for us yesterday”
A wee visit to Ayr and did some shopping and filled up the car with fuel and knowing we were going to be late home we decided let’s pick up a chippy. “A GREAT ANNIVERSARY OVERNIGHT”
We booked last minute as we got tickets for a show. I asked if they had a seafront room and we got a free upgrade to the best room with the bay windows. “Noisy and room not as described”
Stayed one night and it was very noisy and the room was not as described. Bar closed super early. Staff argumentative and rude. Decent location but expensive for what we got.
