“Excellent first class Bed & Breakfast in Ballater, Scotland”
Stayed 2 nights in this excellent B&B, it’s more like a 5 star hotel. The Kirk has been converted to 7 gorgeous, well equipped bedrooms, a dining room for breakfast & a sitting/lounge area. The owners are extremely welcoming & very knowledgable about activities to do in the Ballater & Braemar town… more

“The perfect blend of old and new, makes this a memorable place to stay!”
Relaxing and many extras are good reasons to stay here. The owners are very welcoming and helpful. The room was clean and has a modern bathroom. The breakfast was included and made to order. The food is fresh and delicious. Don’t miss this gem!!
