“Warmest of welcomes in all respects”
Arrived this morning, almost a day late but breakfast was waiting and so were the lovely staff. I could not have been made to feel more welcome by Harvey, Janet and Mikey. Room

“Certainly a grand welcome”
The location in the centre of town right behind the main car park can't be bettered. All of the staff of the hotel are extraordinarily helpful and very friendly, offering to carry our bags up to the top floor, producing huge breakfasts, and arranging Up Helly Aa tickets for us. “Fantastic stay”
Had a lovely time. Very nice hosts. Great breakfast. Great bar. Large rooms. Amazing building and location. Gives a real independent, personalised service compared to many other hotels. Would highly recommend.
