Brilliant customer service. Both staff on shift, Eilidh and Amy were very friendly and welcoming and overall absolutely lovely throughout the stay. They helped with every request and went above and beyond. The hotel room was lovely and a great overnight stop. Only down side was the pub across the road was closed and there was no facilities on site for snacks and drinks.

A little gem April 2026 We have used many Travelodge over the years and this hotel, definitely ranks among the best. Amy at check in was delightful, which set the tone for our brief stay. The rooms were immaculate, fresh, modern and bright. The location was ideal for our needs but it would have been really good if the hotel had vending machines to buy a drink or snack. I believe from speaking with the Manager that this facility will be installed imminently. Good car park with plenty of space and grass areas for a quick dog walk. There was some construction work going on to the adjacent building, but this did not impact our stay. Well done Travelodge.

“All you could want”

My partner uses this property for business purposes. The hotel is spotless, well located and quiet, even though it is next to the M80. Ideal location for commuting in the central belt of Scotland and for the price, you could not fault anything. Excellent Travelodge.

Stayed in Room 106. Some aspects of this review may be specific to this room, or this area of the premises. Friendly, personable receptionist. Room was clean and perfectly adequate for the price. Parking right at the door, which was nice. However, the constant noise ruined my night's sleep: The doors to each room are not damped, and an audible slam can be heard every time somebody enters or exits. Running water could also be heard whenever somebody in an adjacent room used a tap/shower or flushed the toilet. There's a Chinese Buffet to the rear of the building. Chatter from the patrons was audible despite the window and curtains being shut. As was the noise of people leaving in their cars. I don't know what the guest in the room adjacent to me was doing, but twice I heard a crash that sounded like the TV had fallen off the wall accompanied with occasional thumping, banging and repeated rapid clicking of what sounded like a switch on the opposite side of the wall. Not the quiet, restorative sleep I had planned. I would probably use this Travelodge again, but only if I could be guaranteed a room on the opposite side of the building, away from the buffet, at no extra charge.
