“Perfect”
Excellent location, room perfect, clean comfy bed and facilities. Friendly staff. Lovely breakfast. A sign for drivers relating to the car park would be useful.

“Excellent stay”
This may be a 3* hotel but it is a 5* experience . The service is impeccable and the staff so friendly a credit to their manager . “5 stars!”
Fantastic stay! Staff are so helpful and welcoming. Location is perfect for V&A and Discovery, with great views over the Tay estuary. Rooms very clean and breakfast excellent. Highly recommend! :)

“Nice Stay”
Lovely welcome at check in. Room quite large and faced the Tay so nice views. Everything as expected. Lovely breakfast too. Check out super fast. Great friendly staff.

“Shabby room”
The staff are excellent but the hotel is tired. Our room at the back of the hotel had a view of a brick wall. Room had a nice shower and comfy bed but the room was shabby with a very badly damaged chair fixed together with insulating tape and the walls were very badly scuffed. These would easily be… more
