“I don't like modern, plastic hotels, this one is cosy and old.”
Excellent location, friendly helpful, welcoming staff - the room we were given had a heating issue, so we got another great, cosy room. Would return.

Really central, pleasant helpful staff, loads of (free) parking, spacious room, great plumbing and really comfy beds. Yes the decor is tired but it was clean, and home for four nights.

First of all, the lift has been out of order for a week, and no one bothered to tell us, as they knew we'd cancel our booking. Our room was three floors from the car park (very large staircases). The rooms were a bit run downed, the bed was really uncomfortable and the breakfast was really really bad.
